This program is designed to help you get accustomed to a structured meal and workout plan. Before you start, record you starting weight and measurements to include your chest, waist, hips, arms and legs. Also, be sure to capture photos showcasing your front, back and both sides. You will compare them to new weight, measurements and photos at the end of the program. You may repeat the program as many weeks as needed.
